Wyoming Supreme Court 1905-1920

Cyrus Beard was born in Venango County, Pennsylvania on August 13, 1850. An Iowa lawyer, he moved to Evanston in 1890 and established a prominent practice there. In 1904 he was elected justice of the Supreme Court and was re-elected in 1912 and 1920. Before he began his third term, he died on December 16, 1920.
