E.A. Thomas


 Wyoming Supreme Court 1873 - 1877

E.A. Thomas was born on April 27, 1838 in Cayuga County, New York. He was a lawyer, mayor and Civil War veteran in Auburn, New York. On March 20, 1873, President Grant appointed him as associate justice of the Wyoming Supreme Court. He resigned on December 14, 1877, and returned East, where he devoted some of his time to writing. Thomas died on September 2, 1890 in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
