Wyoming Supreme Court 1963 - 1971Norman Briggs "Tiny" Gray was born in Bloomfield, Nebraska on October 24, 1902. After receiving a law degree from the University of Nebraska in 1928, he came to Wyoming in 1929, where he practiced law for many years. In addition, he was secretary of the Public Service Commission, trial examiner for the Federal Power Commission, and Attorney General. He became a Supreme Court justice on January 7, 1963 and retired on December 31, 1971. Gray died in Cheyenne on June 22, 1976.
