Robert R. Rose, Jr


Wyoming Supreme Court 1975 - 1985

Robert R. Rose, Jr. was born on November 1, 1915 in Evanston, Illinois. After graduating from the University of Wyoming with a law degree, he established a law practice in Casper. He was also a mayor of Casper and a state representative. He was appointed to Supreme Court on March 15, 1975 and retired on November 1, 1985. Afterwards he maintained a law practice in Cheyenne and served on faculty of the University of Wyoming College of Law. In 1993, he helped to establish the Trial Lawyers College.

Rose died in Cheyenne in June 1997.
