William L. Maginnis


Wyoming Supreme Court 1886 - 1889

William L. Maginnis was born in 1854 in Zanesville, Ohio. President Grover Cleveland appointed him to the Wyoming Supreme Court and he served from November 8, 1886 to October 1, 1889. He later moved to Ogden, Utah, where he practiced law and served as assistance United States Attorney of Utah during President Cleveland's second term. Maginnis died in Ogden on October 26, 1910.
