The State of the State is the constitutionally mandated report of the governor to the state legislature on the condition of the state and his recommendation of measures to be adopted by the legislature. [1] It is delivered at the beginning of each legislative season to a joint session in the House Chambers. Full texts of the messages can be viewed by clicking on the year in the table below.
